It went great. Steve the owner came out to the house personally to do the quote and he's a very friendly, smart guy. He gave a nice quick presentation about his company and the benefits of working with them. Their quote wasn't the cheapest, but it was very close, and I had a lot of confidence in the quality of work and customer service I'd get with them. So far the new unit is working great. I'd use them again any time.

Went over the phone, problem was troubleshooted within 10 mins.He was able to provide clear instructions.Very nice experience.

They installed this heater back in 2014.

It was good. They removed the old air conditioner. They moved the location for the new air conditioner and built a platform to support it. The unit has been fine. They were very detailed and made sure everything connected appropriately. They were also the best quote that we got. They gave us a nice system at a reasonable price. I would give them an A+ if I could.

It was freezing and sub zero temperatures. It was an emergency. It was a cold night and our heater had failed. We had actually called someone else first. The guy that came out scared us because he said there was a leak and it could explode. He gave us a very expensive quote. My father ended up talking to a neighbor who told us to contact Home Comfort Systems. When then found out that they had installed our air conditioner years earlier. The guy came out that evening around 10pm, looked at everything, and comforted us saying it wasn't that bad. He basically calmed us down, and said it was okay. He got us through the night and came back the next morning to fix it. If I could give him an A+ I would. I liked his availability, and the fact that he came out late that night and didn't charge us just to check it out. His price was reasonable. We trusted him.

I can trust them. They give me good service at a fair price. Comparable to a lot of places. Not cheap but not expensive. Kinda the going rate. They replaced my heating and AC a few years ago. I've been pleased with it. Overall, they just continue to do a good job for me and I know I can trust their integrity.

It got installed quickly with no problems at all. They explained everything. They left little to no mess. We upgraded to 95% efficiency heater and 16 seer AC as well for additional rebates.

When I called for appointment, person I spoke with immediately gave probable cause; something not mentioned by previous company that serviced heater! Service was quickly completed and hint regarding cost-saving filters given. Excellent service!

HCS is a rock solid company. Skilled. dependable, and trustworthy are the ways I would describe their employees. Joe did a recent furnace cleaning that showed his strong work ethic,his high level of skill and a no nonsense attention to detail. Joe and the rest of HCS know their stuff.

I couldn't be happier with the professionalism exhibited by all involved. They were very responsive, on time and did an excellent job. When they left it was like they never were here except I had a brand new furnace and a/c. A very clean install. I gave a B on price because I didn't really shop around to compare prices. I believe I was given a fair price.

The person quickly discovered freon was needed. Then all the vents in the house were checked. Very professional, very quick service

Work completed in 1 day, protected floors and were professional. Two-stage thermostat was included with the price. I asked them to come back to re-wire the thermostat for the second stage (was 4 wire, I put in 7 wire prior to them returning) and they agreed.

Found a faulty safety switch. Changed out switch and unit works good as new.

Great! From start to finish Home Comfort Systems was fast and punctual. After calling the owner Steve on a Thursday we received a quote on Saturday for a new AC on Monday. Al was our Tech and was fast, friendly and sensitive to our needs. I couldn't be happier w/ the new American Standard unit we got and would recommend Home Comfort Services to any of our friends.

When our air conditioner stopped working, we got an estimate from our service company (which we were happy with) and then wanted recommendations and an estimate from a 2nd company. After discussing this with Steve at Home comfort, the price was equivalent to our service company but the future service was projected to be less with Home Comfort. Upon reviewing all the information provided, we decided to go with Home Comfort. The installation was completed the next day with one issue regarding the size of the air conditioner installed. The problem was resolved the next day without any discussion or debate. We are very satisfied with the product, service and price provided by Home Comfort.

Mike was great, called with possible options and called about 10 minutes before arrival. He was very friendly and professional, he went up and above the call of duty. I would highly recommended him and this company to anyone for top of the line service. This was excellent customer service provided by this company.

Called them for service and came out quickly. Diagnosed problem as burned out compressor. 8:00 AM next morning new unit was delivered and installed. Couldn't be happier. Al did the install and bt 11:15 AM we where back in business. Neighbors couldn't even hear it. I have doing business with them over 30 yrs. They have always done right by me. Steve is great on getting you the right unit for the right price and a timely install. Got a 3 ton American Standard A/C for I have no problem recomending them.

provided excellent explanation of options in a professional, easy to understand, patient manner. provided a very fair and reasonable price quote (among 3 estimates). work was done promptly - again very matter of fact, no-nonsense; very professional. i have called twice since last october with questions, each time received quick, thorough, accurate explanations.

My old central air unit went out on a Sunday. I sent an email to Home Comfort Systems, who we have been using for heating and cooling service, because it was a Sunday not expecting to hear back until Monday. Within a half hour I received a call from Steve the owner. I told him what was going on. He gave me an estimate over the phone. About an hour later he called back and asked to come over and look at my current system. I said that was fine. He came by looked things over and confirmed his estimate. He gave me information on the unit that he would install and said that it could be done on Tues. morning. Tuesday morning the crew showed up (Rich and Mike). They were courteous and efficient. They removed the old equipment and installed the new and had everything cleaned up and the new system running within 3 hours. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing heating and cooling work.

I called them up and they said they could come by the next day and squeeze me in. Another firm said it would cost $500 to come out and fix it. Mike from Home Comfort Systems said there'd be a $75 service call and he'd have to see what was wrong. THey called 15 minutes before they got there and had it up and running in 15 minutes! Even better, the total cost with parts was less than $140. Awesome!

My house's A/C failed in the middle of a heatwave - Mike called me back within an hour and let me know what might place in line I would be, noting that they were experiencing about 10x the normal call volume from the heat. I didn't have a ton of faith that I would get service that day or even a couple days after. I was pleasantly surprised! Mike showed up by 2pm, diagnosed the problem quickly (bad capacitor) and repaired it within minutes. He was friendly, professional, and fast. Given that my A/C and furnace our quite old, I will be calling these guys to replace both units soon!

I like them and so I continue to use them. I got them from a friend because they used them. I purchased a furnace from them.
