They trimmed my tree just the way I wanted, and cleaned up any tree debris that was on the lawn. Very professional!

We have used Bartlett in the past. This time, we were not able to use Bartlett, but all our previous experiences have been positive. I would recommend them without hesitation.

I don’t know the cost of this one, they were out about a month ago and it was $138 for my trees. They were infected with something, and the year before. They had sprayed it for things that are typical for Australian Pines. They bore into the tree trunks and cause trouble. I trust the experts on that. They look fine. I haven’t been billed yet, but I just assumed it was about the same price. Overall, they did fine. I am using them.

They destroyed my trees. They came in to do a trim and a pruning and they really hacked up all of my trees. They came out and tried to get me to sign up for another year with them and I refused. They called me a couple of times and I had to tell them if they call me again, I'll have to take legal action. They didn't understand what they had done wrong with my trees when they actually hacked my trees up so they look like a homeless child in Africa. I would strongly not use them again.

Professional. Seamless. Positive. Bartlett Tree Experts were wonderful to work with, from start to finish. We scheduled a quote appointment with a courteous staff member, Kathy, and were greeted onsite by a very professional Arborist Representative, Erik, who paid attention to detail as we walked through the yard and followed up with a quote within a matter of an hour or two. They worked to accommodate our request for an ASAP trim, pulled all required permits free of charge, arrived on time, did a walk through with a knowledgeable crew, and consulted with me throughout the trimming when necessary. During our post-job walk through, the arborist climbers explained their work and made sure I was satisfied before they left (our yard in perfectly clean condition). The team takes the shape of the canopy, view from the house, and impact on the growth of the trees into consideration verses simply hacking away like other tree trimmers do. When they first came, there were too many cars and they discovered a hornet's nest. They applied for no parking permits from the City and were back the following week. They took down the nest, at no additional charge. Unfortunately, even with the no parking permits posted over 24 hours, someone parked in front of our house. They had to call a tow truck and wait for the car to be removed. They did an excellent job of removing the nest and trimming the tree - it had grown tall enough to hit against our home and our neighbor's turning high winds. I would highly recommend their services.

The experience was terrific. They were helpful and gave advise of the future of the tree. They also cleaned up after themselves. The tree expert was very knowledgeable.

I didn't end up using them. Nothing in particular stood out about this company. They got the estimate out to me within a day.

Arrived on time for estimate and for job (according to my spouse). Left absolutely no debris in yard.Did what they promised when they promised for the price they promised.

They were excellent. They were very good. They were on time. Their price was reasonable and they did more than what we expected. I can't remember how much we spent. I would use them again in the future.

It was great. They worked very well with us. They prolonged the life of the trees. They were courteous and respectful of the rest of the property.

The job was done well and the price was reasonable but it took over a month for them to start work after we returned the signed contract, which apparently was lost in the mail. We eventually hand delivered a contract. They did everything but the stump grinding about 10 days later. The stump grinders did not come on the scheduled day and then were delayed two weeks by very wet conditions around the stump. Overall, the job took nearly 2 months from start to finish. The tree trimmers were very skilled, thorough and careful. The apple tree was in a tight spot but they took it down without damaging surrounding trees, the nearby garden and fence. The willow is very tall and the work there looked quite dangerous. I watched them do the work and the cleanup and felt that it was a very good value for the price.
