Adam's Heating & Air Conditioning

Came home from vacation and my furnace was not working. I had a inducer fan that was not working it was a known problem and I knew I would have to replace it eventually. Last night it went out for good. My normal guy didn't answer it's a Sunday holiday season so I understood. A friend recommend Adam and I called him and he said he would be over in 45 minutes. He was here in less than 30 minutes. He came checked out my furnace and agreed that the inducer motor was out. He knew of one of the few supply house open on a Sunday drove the 30 minutes each way to the place and installed the new motor and charged me 50% to 75% less than I had been quoted by others for service during regular hours. Adam, is responsive, knowledgable and does good work. He really knows the business and charges rates that are very affordable for his level of service and skill. Honesty and integrity are sometimes difficult to find especially when you are in a bind. The temperatures are expected to be below zero tonight and it's a Sunday. I was not in position to haggle or shop around. I knew it and he knew, he did a great job the house is warm, and he gave me a price that was extremely fair. What else could I ask for. Awesome. Adam did an excellent job both times. He was extremely courteous, professional, pleasant and reasonable. Adam had never installed Fresh Air intake system before (just became a code requirement for Naperville) but did a great job watching the video and installing it. He is well versed with the regular Hvac work as he works on commercial projects during work weeks. The biggest thing for me was his flexibility to install an Aprilaire system and humidifier without requiring me to buy it from him. He also cleaned up after his work. Will highly recommend to family and friends. The price above was for both projects.
