Victor and his team were referred to me by a friend of mine before buying our condo. I spoke to 4 different contractors that were referred to me by my real estate agent as well as one floor guy I found on Angie's list. Victor was highly recommended by my friend so I wanted to make sure I had his quote before making my decision one who to hire for the renovations. He was always very responsive to my text messages and phone calls even though he was very busy. He came to the apartment to give me his quote as he wanted to make sure he could give me a real estimate of the costs for the job. He specifically said he preferred to see the place to avoid being in a situation where he would under or over estimate the costs which I really appreciated. Victor's prices were better than any other contractors I spoke to and was very professional from the first day we met. I could not be happier with the job he and his team have done. The place looks incredible now and the stairs and floors are looking amazing. The paint job is spotless and we have 15 ft ceilings with a lot of details with custom closets that needed to be removed and reassembled to do the floors and painting. They are very meticulous and very good at everything they do. In multiple occasions, my wife and I had initial thoughts on what to do and would consult Victor on what he thought would look best. We let Victor make a bunch of judgment calls on how things should be done because we believed he had a better eye for these cosmetic things and each time, we were extremely pleased with the result. I have already referred Victor and his team to a friend of mine who just bought a condo in the city and I will refer him to my real estate agent. I plan on getting my bathrooms redone earlier next year and I look forward to having Victor helping me with these and make them look as great as he did with the rest of our apartment. I would highly recommend Victor and his team to anyone and truly believe he's one of the best contractors there is out there and at very reasonable prices.
