They never showed up and phone calls went to voicemail.

Mrs. [Member Name Removed] My name is Jeff. I'm the General Manager with Rijon Manufacturing. I want to let you know that what happened to you was totally unacceptable for myself and the ownership. The salesman that you dealt with was fired 2 days after this event. I hate to admit this but he was caught screwing up with other customers over the last month or two (no contact and missed appointments). I have been working non-stop on for 12-13 hour days every day since the 2nd of this month cleaning up his loose ends, and messes that includes getting access back to this account through Angies/Homeadvisor. I'm truly sorry for the way you were treated and I would like the opportunity to come out and take a look at your project and see if we can still help you out. All I can say is that we corrected the issue as best we can and now we have to try and move forward. I hope you will be willing to allow us the opportunity to try and earn your business.
