 + -1 moreWe did not go through Angie's list to use this company. However, after being frustrated with our other copier repair company, we found this one online. He shows up looking and acting professionally. He "agreed" that the other company was overcharging us, and stated he could get us replacement parts if we gave him the check immediately (that should have been our first clue.) He said it would take approximately one week and it has been three weeks and we have not heard from him and he has never returned our calls.
Description of Work: He looked at our copier, ran a "diagnostic" and ordered the parts.
