+ 0 moreI felt like he was very prompt and professional. Once the steps were done, with two weeks we had our new pool. He was pretty much on top of it. We ordered and put a deposit on the liner last fall. So we didn't have to wait for that to come in. We were just waiting for the steps to get done. Once the steps were done, he was pretty much Johnny on the spot.
Description of Work: I used WOW Pool & Spa a couple of weeks ago. I just got the bill yesterday. It was a long drawn out thing because he came and gave us an estimate last fall. We had to get the steps refinished and the temperature had to be warmer. It was too late last fall to do the steps. We had to do that this year and then he installed a new vinyl liner in the swimming pool. He put some other new parts on, too. It was part of putting the liner in, I guess.
