Description of Work: They cleaned out a clogged drain and recommended a different type of product to use to avoid further problems. Very helpful and very punctual, courteous, and polite.

Description of Work: We had flexible tubing carrying the natural gas at our water heater and copper tubing carrying natural gas at the dryer. They came out to check our duct work which they told me was fine but then told me that with the old furnace we would need a carbon monoxide detector. We had one but did not know that they have expiration date-which passed a long time ago. They told me what to look for when buying one at our neighborhood store. They also told us that the flexible tubing for the water heater was next to the dryer and a good knock with the elbow could loosen the connection next to the pilot light! We knew he was right and scheduled them to come and replace that and also copper tubing for natural gas. They came back within days to do the repair which was done in a very professional way explaining what they were going to do and why. The estimate was between 300 and 500 and turned out to be a few dollars less than $400. We are very pleased. We have a 90 year old home and I feel very confident that we are now in good shape with our heating.

I have bought the maintenance agreement for a few years which gives you 24/7 responses and I think 10% off services.
