+ -1 moreCalled the company..and the company has a residential section called US Heating and AIr ...I was contacted the next day and told me a service person would be at my home between 9:30 and 10 AM..he arrived at 9:30 AM and promptly fixed the problem. Jack Dyson was very professional and pleasant.
