The Door Doctor

The Door Doctor had an opening the same day we called and were able to quickly diagnose our problem. Our technician was able to utilize most of our existing parts for the repair which kept our cost down. He was quick and efficient and even helped us with a couple of other garage door related issues that we weren't even scheduled for. I highly recommend them and will use them again.

The telephone call was response was prompt and courteous. the technician arrived a lttle early which I appreciated. he quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed for the very reasonable he quoted.

Garage door w ouldn't fully open all the time. Had to give it a push to get it up. Checked online and found it may be a broken spring. Looked above door when closed a saw the left spring was broken. Checked Angies list and Door Doctor was highly ranked. Called at 8 am and tech was there at 9:15. Springs replaced and finished in an hour. Wow!!!! Door works great. Many thanks for the great service..Will call again if needed. Gave me info on how to lube rollers and track too.

The technician arrived promptly, and in short order, replaced the spring and lubricated the door rollers and hinges. I would definitely call Door Doctor again

I called at 8:30am and they had a serviceman out at 12 noon. He was on time, and had everything installed within an hour. From the lady I talked to the service person they were polite and punctual.

We called at 1:30 and we're told they could have someone out by 3:00. The repairman arrived about 10 minutes early, had the part and tools needed, installed, checked and cleaned up within an hour! Very professional from the person answering the phone to the repair person! Cost was what we were quoted over the phone. Highly recommend this company.

All repairs were done and the pulley on both sides were replaced so I wouldn't need to worry that the other side would fall down too. I was presented with choices that would fit my budget and all the problems were clearly explained. When the repairs were complete my door moved up and down freely and safely. The team was prompt, polite, and professional. If I had need for further garage door repair, I would gladly call them again.

The technician was just a little later than the scheduled time but the company called and let me know that before he arrived, so I was prepared for the delay. He diagnosed the problem quickly and explained what he was going to do and showed me how to do regular maintenance on the door. He was friendly and efficient. The cost was exactly what he said it would be and what I was quoted over the phone (apparently most of their repair calls are for broken springs so they are good at predicting that cost!). I would use this company again.

They are incredibly prompt and professional. I need alteration to the door and they came right out. They are a little bit expensive but it is worth it.

Bill was very informative about the whole installation process. they came on time and finished the job early. I inquired about smart phone tech for the door opener. his products does not have but he gave a recommendations for a product that he tried and this was done 6 months after the install. with all his customer he remembered that I wanted this for my door and found me a product that worked very good. this company has great customer service.

We have had The Door Doctor over several times! They replaced our garage door springs. They have also helped when both remote controls were broke and our keypad would not reprogram! I have had my car for 6 years and could never get my built in remote to sync. 5 minutes and The Door Doctor had my car synced! Always on time and easy to work with. I would not use any other company for my garage door needs.

The garage door broke and could not be moved up or down, so the cars were stuck in the garage. We called our usual garage door guys, and they said they could come in 72 hours. A friend suggested we try Door Doctor. He came 3 hours later and helped so that we could get cars out and secure garage by nailing the broken panels shut, thereby making a wall. When the doors we ordered came in, this company came on time, as scheduled and did what we'd asked them to do. Very professional, great job. We later decided to get new garage door openers as well, and again, they were prompt and professional. We are thrilled with the products they recommended, the work they did, and the installation of the products. We would use this company again and highly recommend them. .

Very well. Came a day after I called. Arrived promptly, found and corrected the problem quickly. Seemed very honest: told me the present opener was a very good one and would probably last longer if repaired; gave me prices for both repair or replacement options. voluntarily looked at and corrected faulty wiring on push button.

They did try to fix the door but due to the age of the unit it was recommended we install a new system. They did wave the initial fees since we installed two units. They were very quick to work on it and get it done. They actually came out the same day to do the job.

Outstanding work garage door broke on a Saturday night vendor contacted me Sunday service was completed by Monday by noon $75 I was so satisfied I did not useI the $10 coupon I could've used because I thought it was such great service

The technician was able to fit us into the end of the day that we called, which is great when you can't use your garage door with the spring broken. He was pleasant and got right to work. He also lubricated the moving parts of the garage door opener and it is working better than ever.

They said we didn't need any new garage door or equipment and told us what we need to do. We were charged with just a $40-dollar service call and our door has worked fine ever since. I really trust The Door Doctor.

Even though I did not get service directly from this provider, the fact that he was willing to help me over the phone and not just come out and charge me a standard fee for a 5 minute fix is very refreshing. If I have any further issues with my door, he will be the first one I call. And I will always recommend him based on his honesty and lack of greediness. I have had way too many experiences with providers who know it's a quick fix but charge you full price anyway. Great to know he is around!
