He said he found no termites on the outside but when he opened the panel to the crawl space under the house he proclaimed there was a large infestation of mice and mold on the floor joist. My wife told me later she almost did not want to stay in the house the way he sounded. By luck I had two other men doing some plumbing the next day and I told them the story. One of them had worked in mold removal and said they would take a look. Well they found a small mouse problem and no mold. The boss from Terminix called and asked what I wanted to do. I told him the story and he said he would come and look for himself. He never showed up!

I had to call them back. I found more termites.

They're responsive and comprehensive. We've called them for a second time to spray and they didn't charge that.

I have an annual contract with them so they come quarterly. We initially used them in a house that we were renting and it was the same service that the people that own the house were using.

The customer service arrived as scheduled to do an inspection and an estimate. He was professional and explained what would be done. He also said that the company would contact us within a few days to see how things were going and that they would also do an inspection within six months. After about four months, we began to see some fungus returning in the small garage. Months went by and we did not hear from the customer service person or the company. We began to call the CS person who never returned our calls. We also tried several times to reach the company. There was either no answer or we were told they would refer the message back. After several attempts to contact them, they did not call back. We had to continue paying the bill through Service Master (SMAC). We will not use Terminix again because their response to our needs was nil.

Work was performed on March 20, after 1 week of contacting them. 7 automatic temp vents and 1 vent well. $791 If you want pest control, vents or any type of work a company like Terminix would perform, definitely use them.

I think they did a quality job. We never had any pest controller until today for doing that work. They were always timely. They always let us know when they were coming. They came in on the appointed time. The cost was reasonable. I really thought they did a fine job. The people who came in were excellent. They were intelligent, helpful, and friendly guys. I would use them in the future.

They were really great. We were happy with them. We’ve had termite services with them for a few years, which we’re happy with as well. The salesman was very honest & the technicians are good people. You know that you can believe what they say and don’t try to sell you anything that you don’t need. Their prices are reasonable. I’d highly recommend this company to others.
