Carlos came out to our house so we could get an estimate of the drywall repairs needed. He said he would email us with the estimate. Three weeks later, still no estimate. I called and talked to someone else (don't remember his name). He said they were really busy with new construction but he would look into it and get back to me. It has now been almost 2 weeks since i called and still NOTHING. That is poor customer service.

I was impressed! They answered my phone call that day and setup a date and time for the quote around my availability. When they arrived for the quote, they were very professional and detailed about the next steps and scope of work. They showed up on time and ready to work both days. I was impressed because you would not be able to tell where that 6 x 6 section of the ceiling was removed. They did a great job of cleaning up too. There will be dust, however having those areas repaired outweighs the issue of the dust in the house. The supervisor came back both days to check on their progress and make sure that I was pleased with the work. All the employees that I met were professional and answered any of my questions. In the future, I would call on them for additional repairs.

They showed up and looked at the house. He seemed really confident about getting it done. But they never got back to me with a quote. I called several times trying to get a quote. When they came here he said he tried to get ahold of me. Because I work nights and sleep during the day they weren't able to get ahold of me. Weeks later I'm still not getting ahold of them.

End of day Friday came and no estimate. We sent an email the following Monday. No response. Called Tuesday to make sure he had the correct email address. He said he was running behind and would have an estimate to us the next day (Wednesday). Still no estimate. Called again Thursday, 9/25/14. He said he'd call back in 45 minutes. No call. In the meantime we've wasted a week. The plan was to have the drywall work done the following week so we'd have two weeks to paint, lay carpet in the bedroom and hallway, tile the kitchen, install doors and trim, and clean up before the deadline. Now we're back to square one trying to find a drywaller. If he just would have told us up front that he didn't have time or didn't want the job we would have looked elsewhere, but because he had a good rating here we felt we could trust him.

Very happy with the work Superior Dry Wall did on my ceiling. I cannot spot where the patchwork is. I liked how the drywall was completed on time and the staff person cleaned up.

Carlos, the owner, did a great job; he was very professional and everything went well. My experience was very positive and I will use him again in the future.
