They didn't do a very good job. They did not show up when they are supposed to show up and after they made probably half a dozen appointment, they didn't show up for any of them so I ended up going to somebody else. They did show up from another job last summer, didn't do an adequate job on that and I just got tired dealing with them.

The service man showed up at exactly the time I set the appointment for. He finished the work very quickly, did a quality job, and was very personable as well. No worries dealing with SOS!

They provide good service and I was very pleased with how they rerouted the pipes and stuff like that. Some people can be very sloppy but their cleanup was good. I am planning on using them again. Their responsiveness was exceptional.

We used SOS plumbing when we built our house (5 years ago). I recently had a problem with my kitchen sink spigot (the pull out kind). so I called SOS and told them they had done such a great job the first time I was calling now that I needed a plumber. He asked what the problem was, so I described the situation. He asked if he could call me back at this number in the morning to schedule an appointment. Well two days later and he still hasn't called and I suspect he never will. I guess my job wasn't worth his time.

They were very responsible, punctual, and reliable. They were helpful in determining what the best thing to solve our problems was. They were very nice people, the price was very fair, and I would recommend them to others.
