They weren't always the fastest. Sometimes I would have to clear part of the driveway myself before they arrived. They could have been faster to get to my home. They did come eventually to do the work, but their promptness could have been better. Once they arrived it was a 10 to 15 minutes to complete the work. The work is good, but my issue with them is that they arrived late more often than I would like.

They removed snow in 10 minutes that would have taken me an hour or two of hard labor. With the extra cold temperature that day I was glad to pay someone else to do it.

I called for service after two major snowstorms. I explained that I did not need my house's driveway cleared during that day, but before the following morning. On both occasions the service was done the following morning - the first time after 10, the second before 7.

I called with and urgent need on Friday January 24th leaving my name and phone # and I was never contacted. It is Monday January 27th.

Scott and his team were AMAZING. They got our huge driveway plowed, salted and shoveled in just a few minutes. They were friendly and professional and more importantly, we were able to get out of our driveway when many others in our neighborhood were not.
