Arrived on time, and are in the middle of a big job that's expected to finish tomorrow or Wednesday. Love that they put down drop cloths from door to work area. Love their ability to explain every step of the job to us.

The service man, Chip, is a professional. Arrived on time, completed the work professionally and showed me what to do if I have a problem with the furnance like I did last year. He checked all the wiring, replaced the filters, ran a test and made sure everything was working properly.

Chip, the technician arrived shortly after I called SBC. He checked the heater and determined it was going to need several parts. He suggested that we get estimate for cost of parts and since the heater is so old parts may be unavailable and/or very expensive. It may be cheaper to get a new unit. He went back to the office and a couple of hours later they called and said the parts would probably be at least $200 and we can get a new unit for that price. She is researching where I can get a new one and will call me. Once she finds one she'll let me know and they will even pick it up and bring it to install. The technician is very knowledgeable and progessional and personable. He has done work for me before and always goes out ogf his way to help. Like this time, opening heat vents that I didn't know were closed. I highly recommend SBC Heating andf Air Conditioning. And one other word the secretary, Jenny, is always very pleasant and always willing to help. It's great to call a business and get a and quot;liveand quot; person and one who is unfailing polite and pleasant and helpful. And they ALWAYS call me back when they say they will.

Although we did not end up using their services they had a reasonable quote and were very nice and responsive.

I've used their services for ten years. They come out twice a year and do a cleaning and check on my heating and cooling. I've liked all their service techs that they've sent out. They've been very professional, on time and their prices are reasonable.
