+ -1 moreCleared calander to have work completed and cancelled an out of town trip because it conflicted with safelite's availability. They called the morning of the appointment and cancelled because they did not have the windshield. The appointment had been schedued for about a week.

+ -1 moreThey provided great service; they finished job while I waited even though I had no appointment and it was near the end of business hours. They had a very friendly staff. I have had no problems with windshield since.
Description of Work: I had rock hit windshield and small crack occurred. It was not all the way through the glass. Service staff looked at it and suggested they seal the crack so that it did not spread and crack more.

Description of Work: They did chip repair on car windshield and the cost was covered by insurance. The technician was friendly, online scheduling system worked well, insurance claim was handled completely by Safelilte, the repair was quick and the repair turned out well.

Description of Work: We've used them several times for repair and replacement of windshields on our vehicles and our motorhome. We only paid out of pocket for 1 repair and it was very reasonable. Others were covered by insurance. Highly recommend them.
