RepairCo

I heard nothing more. Texted RepairCo. late pm 9/25/19 to confirm the weekend repair and received no response. I called the morning of 9/26, at which time I received a response to my text, stating he might be out of town this weekend, could contact me if he was not and offered an appointment for Monday late afternoon September 30th. I expected him this weekend, as that was what he said and had not advised me otherwise. I cancelled my request for his services.

I worked with Jarren at RepairCo, meeting him at the project site to go over the scope of work. I explained what was desired and what needed repair. He walked the site with me and gave input and suggestions as to how best to complete the work. We discussed ways to do pieces less expensively and what trade-offs that would mean for long-term durability. The work was completed in a timely manner, documented, and Jarren brought an attention for detail to the work that was completed. Based on the first project that was completed, I hired RepairCo for some floor repair work and was equally satisfied. I have recently contacted RepairCo regarding another upcoming maintenance project I'd like for them to look at. I appreciate the communication and professionalism that I've received and will continue using this company as long as that remains the case.
