+ -1 moreI was very worried about the whole process but every thing when extraordinarily well. Lois and Frankie were extremely helpful in helping us find a home that met all our needs. They explained everything and helped us through the process of finding a new home and selling our old home. We needed to replace the furnace in our old home and they helped us locate service professionals to get bids on the job we were able to get anew HVAC system installed in time for our buyers home inspection. Everything went very smoothly.
Description of Work: We worked with Lois Brennan and Frankie Thornton to purchase a new home and sell our current home. These ladies were quiet a team. They were professional, friendly and very accessible. Lois would send us the list of houses which we would review. We also reviewed houses on Zillow. We would email a list of houses we wanted to see and Lois and Frankie would arrange for us to see that homes on our list. They also helped us get our home listed and it sold in only 6 days.
