We got a very prompt estimate in response to our call. Charlie and his crew showed up promptly and right on time to do the work. They did an excellent job, very neat, no paint drips, really nice work. It looks beautiful. We would call Pinnacle Painting again for certain.

Charlie did an excellent job painting our basement ceiling. He also left a few paint tools and brushes for us to use for the rest of our rooms that we plan on painting ourselves. Highly recommend his business!

Good job overall

I have only positive comments about this company. Pinnacle Painting painted the entire inside of my house. They were professional and easy to work with. They patched several places where there were cracks and tape coming off. They covered the furniture with plastic, put plastic on the rug, and cleaned as much dust as possible left from the sanding and painting. Charlie was helpful and a pleasure to talk to. I would definitely recommend this company to paint.

Charlie Henson is one of the nicest hard working guys I have ever met. He turned a very messed up rental house into a great looking home ready for sale. He did miracles for walls I thought would need to be replaced. He worked days, nights week days and weekends. I couldn't have picked a better painter if I searched the whole country. Definitely the best hardest working painter I have ever dealt with. Charlie is fantastic and I highly recommend him for any painting job anyone could have. Thanks Charlie, Dan Marshall

Did good job

My wife and I currently have significant back issues (she actually had fusion surgery recently). So, since we were unable to paint our basement ourselves, on 03/11/2022, we asked Pinnacle Painting (Charlie Henson) for an estimate to paint our basement. Charlie provided the requested estimate and we agreed to pay over seventeen hundred dollars for the work which was to be done. Upon completion of the work, my wife and I did a walk-through and found numerous issues with the work. I called Charlie and told him about the problems we had found and even texted him quite a few pictures of the problem areas. His response was, essentially, that it was a one-coat job and that all of the specified work was completed. True, it was a one-coat job, but that one-coat was Dry-Lock which provides complete coverage with one coat. We feel that the work was slap-dash and wholly inferior to the results which we would have expected to have after having paid such a significant amount of money to have the work done. Charlie is a nice guy, but I have a hard time believing the reviews I read prior to engaging him for our work. Those reviews led me to believe that I could expect a professional, well executed, well-finished job. However, the results of his painting of our basement reflect none of those qualities. Consequently, we will provide no references aside from our two-star review. Indeed, our strongest recommendation is that anyone, and everyone, needing any painting done steer clear of Pinnacle Painting (Charlie Henson). 1 â­ - He showed up at the promised time. 2 â­ - The basement was painted (albeit quite substandard).
