Charlie & Tony were completely professional. Came to our house for an estimate. Made sure he understood what my husband & i wanted. Explained the process. Allowed for questions. Gave us additional contact info. We discussed the level of difficulty regarding the ceiling height over a split stairway. Came in put the entire 1st coat on, then I saw it and hated it. We discussed it. He says this has happened before, understood my predicament, was wise enough not to have gotten 6 gallons of the 1st color i had requested. I showed him the color in another room, he took a sample from that, was able to get that color, I love it. I repeat. I love it. Charlie also painted our ceiling because we had patched it ourselves & the color didnt match. We discussed everything before hand & received cost estimates before hand. He & his partner then agreed to repaint our ceiling. BTW, these professionals had NO PROBLEM with the high ceiling over the split level staircase. The job was done in 2 days. I repeat 2DAYS. it took me 2 weeks when I painted it 15 years ago. Charlie & Tony were professional & friendly, serious about their task & showed pride in their work. Plus, they laughed at my corny jokes. We will definitely call on them again for our painting needs. So glad I went thru Home Adviser to find Pinnacle Painting. Thank you.

Charlie was very prompt in his estimate and in scheduling our work. He was very conscientious in his work and did a great job. He kept me informed throughout the process.

I changed my mind often. Not once did they make me feel bad about it. They let me know several times, all that mattered, was I was happy. They were extremely friendly, respectful of my home, and cleaned up after themselves at the end of every day. I will never go through anyone else for future paint projects.

Couldn’t be more satisfied with Charlie’s work. He included me in the paint & stain choices which were spot on. He and his partner were obviously skilled; I appreciated their dedication to the job and the neatness they maintained on both jobs. The house & the deck are like new!

The big name paint contractor in town gave me an estimate well over twice as much as Pinnacle and said it would take a crew almost a week to do the work. Charlie gave me an estimate (same day I called him) and said it would take 2 days to complete. We agreed on scheduled dates, and Charlie and his son were on time every day, and right to work. No messing around with those two. Excellent work, very professional, and finished by 11:00 the second day. Very happy with the results. Will definitely go with them for future jobs.

Charlie and his son did a wonderful job and so fast!Took great care to protect our floors and furniture. They were done in half the time I expected. It was affordable, too. Would have been a bargain at twice the price! Vaulted ceilings and stairwell were beyond my skill (and height -ha) I'd give them a 12 out of ten if I could. So happy!
