Kent does a great job at a great price and is very thorough. He's awful about answering his phone in a timely manner but he's so great I deal with it because I know he'll do a good job at a fair price. He's honest and will spend an extra minute or two to explain to us what's going on. He does not try to upsell. I definitely recommend.

Kent was very efficient and had the right equipment for the job. Cleaned up when finished with the job. I called one day and he was able to come the next day! Right on time, in fact a little early. Very personable and trustworthy. He also gives discounts for seniors!

The toilet was clogged about fifty feet because a resident had flushed a bunch of tampons and flushable wipes down. The work was perfect! He has a 30 day guarantee. About two weeks later, I had a bit of sewage coming back up in the basement. He came out and got it all taken care of. His office staff is all very nice, courteous, and professional.
