 + -1 moreThe semi-annual checkups were OK as was the emergency repair work they did. But after we had a new HVAC system installed and no longer needed our contracts with them they failed to honor our written request to return the requested balance remaining on our contracts.
Description of Work: We had annual checkup and emergency repair service contracts with them.
