Martindale Cleaning

Marginal cleaning but tried to rip me off by cashing the check twice. One of which was for an inflated amount.

I used Martindale Cleaning for over 4 years. I had them come on a bi-weekly basis to clean my home. For 3 years or so I had no complaints; they provided a good service for a reasonable price. The last year; however, has been a different story. Communicating with Martindale Cleaning also became quite difficult as they did not reply to phone calls or texts/emails in a timely manner, if at all. During the last year I used Martindale, there was a significant turnover of employees and the quality of cleaning suffered significantly. It was unlikely the crew who cleaned my home two weeks earlier would be the same crew to clean it at its next scheduled appointment. There was no consistency. The final issue that caused me to discontinue their service was the damage they caused to my kitchen appliances. Each time a new cleaning crew came to my home, they would dent, scrape or mar my microwave, range, refrigerator with their mop handles and dent the trash cans with their mop bucket. The dents in my stainless steel appliances are a constant reminder of the extremely poor service I received from Martindale Cleaning.

-One arrived 20 minutes late and the other 35 minutes late -I showed them what I needed to clean and they went to work. -I had to tell them to go over things and many things like the fridge weren't even touched on the inside, which I clearly asked them to do. -They seemed more interested in moving on to the next job then doing a quality job at my place. -I used Cottage Care for my move out of my apartment and was much more impressed.

They did good with the work. They were on time and they were very efficient with the work. I was very pleased with them.

They arrived on time. They were very good about cleaning specific things I asked for such as inside of microwave. We keep our home very clean but they dusted, vacuumed, mopped etc. They bring their own supplies which is a huge bonus and they are very reasonably priced. $80 for our 5 bedroom 3.5 bathroom house.

They do a great job. House looks and smells clean after they are here.

They are a good company. They are always on time.

I am happy with there service. They come every 2 weeks.

I have two men and I think it's unusual to have men. They wash windows, carry things and really go out of their way. They are really accommodating. Sometimes I have a man and woman and if I change my day and ask them to do things like baseboards and clean the cabinets it is not a problem. They work it in within my time frame. Some people want 2 hours some people want 4, I take 4 hours for my house. They are consistent. Their just really, really good. I like what they do and the fact that I can always count on them. They are coming next week.
