MANN'S TREE SVC

Company set appointment to cut down and remove dead tree. Appointment changed due to hot weather, a second time for another reason. Proof of insurance was to be emailed to me prior to work being done. I requested insurance several times and was told it would be brought day they came to remove tree. When they showed up I again asked for proof of insurance. They could not furnish proof of insurance at that time. I said work could not be done until I had copy of insurance and asked when they would reschedule. Owner rudely stated he would not reschedule, that he wouldn't do the job at all. I waited a month for scheduled appointment with a very poor end outcome and am now in search of a more professional company to handle the job. Overall a very bad experience.
