Appointment was made within 24 hours, the serviceman was very punctual, explained everything, did the work required (and only the work required!) and made suggestions for future work that may need to be done, including suggestions for how I could do that work myself if I so chose.

Overall this was a positive experience and I will use them again.

Nothing I knew to check was the problem (i.e. breakers). I called Laesch Electric and they came out two days later. (An opening was available the very next morning but I was not.) The electrician was on time, polite, knew what he was doing, cleaned up when he was done and got everything working. He had to run for a part but even with that, the job didn't take more than an hour. He asked a lot of questions about the ceiling fans, explained to me what they could do. I was called back in two business days with the number ($952.60 for installing two ceiling fans where there were no fixtures at all, fishing wire, wall switches for both and undoing the outlets in the bedroom from being tied to the wall switch.) They also advised me as to what type of wall switches to purchase along with the fans as I want to buy those myself. I am completely happy with the work that was done and will be using them for the ceiling fans.

We called Laesch Electric on a holiday to see if we could schedule someone to come out and determine what our problem was. The person who answered the phone said that they could send someone out the next day at 7:30 a.m., which was the perfect time for us - my husband would still be home before he left for work. The electrician came five minutes early and within a half hour was able to tell us what he thought the problem was. He checked the voltage both in the garage and in the house to see where the problem was and determined that there was electricity leaving the house, but it wasn't coming into the garage; therefore, the problem was in the underground wires. Since it was something which can't be taken care of during the Winter, he gave us a couple short-term solutions that we could use to get power in our garage until it can be fixed.
