Very pleased with results

Like another review on here, I had called to get an estimate on some drywall work.. They did keep that appointment and showed up on time. He took a look, made some notes, and then said that he would get back to me. That was 3/14, and today is 4/2 and I have yet to hear anything from Krall's. If the job is too small, and they don't want to do it, then they should have the courtesy to say so.

Came and met with me. I have called him twice and still no bid.

We have hired Justin in the past and he has alway done an excellent job. He is meticulous and a true professional. Due to daylight running out, he returned the next morning (Saturday) to finish the job. He is extremely busy, but I would recommend him to anyone and worth the wait.

He was very pleasant and knowledgeable. He cleaned up every day after his work. He did the job very quickly and on time like he thought he would. The price was fair. My son-in-law is in construction and he thought he did a fabulous job. I absolutely plan to use him again.

I called Justin to come give an estimate for the work. He came promptly, either that same day or the next . (I don't remember exactly.) As soon as the cabinet arrived that I needed installed, I called Justin. He scheduled the work to be done within a few days. He came as planned, and completed all the work. He installed the pantry, including the kick board and a crown molding, and he reinforced the oak railing in the loft area that was loose and wobbly. I was very pleased with Justin's work. He did an excellent job, he cleaned up after himself, and his price was very reasonable. I would definitely use him again, and would recommend him to others.

Justin installed 2sun tunnels in our kitchen. He stayed past normal hours to get the job done and completely cleaned up everything before he left. He kept the work area so clean, we didn't see any dust or debris where he cut the ceiling holes. They look great and we are very pleased with his work.

The quality is great. He’s very easy to deal with and listens to what you have to say. He always checks with you before he does something. He’s willing to look and search to find what will work best for you in your area. I’m very pleased with him. He’s very knowledgeable in more than just carpentry. He is a very pleasing person to work with. I would highly recommend him.

My second story deck had a big leak/hole forming at the edge of it's roof. Had a a few different contractors come out and quote how much replacing the roof would cost, and additionally add some extra supports and a centered light to the deck. Justin was the least sales-type contractor to come out and definitely thought like a carpenter. He pointed out a couple of potential issues with our plans, explained what he would do, and didn't try to get us to "upgrade" to something we didn't want. He warned us up front that he was pretty busy this season and gave us the date he thought he could start the work by which was fine by us. Unfortunately, the work didn't begin until a month past the original date he gave us and is required me calling him for updates as to when he would be able to come out but when he was able to finally make it out the work went fast, the cleanup was excellent, and the final price was as quoted. The roof has already weathered its first big rain storm and it is air tight, no leaks. The supports have made a major difference in the stability of the deck - the thing is rock solid now. The light works as intended. The only things I can dock points for is that where the electrical for the light was coming out of the house wasn't sealed up after he left- I had to seal it up myself with some silicone. Also, the cross supports didn't exactly match the width of the supports they were connected to, there is a little overlap. Neither were big deals to me. Bottom line, I would hire him again.

He has excellent workmanship, and he always came when he said he would. However, long periods went by where I did not hear from him-- finally I would call him. When I did, he had what he needed and set a time to do the work.

He never got back with me after I first contacted him.

It was ok, he cleaned up after the work and was professional with the job.

He came to my house, saw the problem, told me how he intended to fix the door, and proceeded to do so.

I was quite happy with Mr. Krull. He came to look at the job the day after I called. I was prepared to have to replace all the deck railing but he assured me that I didn't need that yet. When I asked if he could also add handles to my cabinets, he gave me a price that was significantly lower than the estimate of another handyman group in town. He completed that job the same day he worked on the deck and left absolutely no mess in the house or on the deck. I asked him for a date a week or two after his estimate because I was going to be out of town.

Great quality, attention to detail, but it took longer than expected, and that is the only downside.
