Description of Work: I used Kenney's Delivery Inc 36 years ago in the first week of March for moving. They moved the heavy furniture and things from our other home to here.

Description of Work: We asked this company to move a piano out of my apartment building into my house, which is literally next door. Instead of using some sort of dollie or a truck, they just pushed it down the sidewalk, which is completely busted up, they had the nerve to demand another 25 dollars plus their 124 dollars an hour(min one hour) to lift it up 4 steps to get inside the house. After pushing it down the broken cement, they used the top step of my Victorian front porch as leverage to get the piano up, busting the top step. (When I told the owner about this his response was, "those steps are all rotten." He must not of realized all of the steps are CEMENT, except for the one step they used as a fulcrum. After calling to complain, I was told, among many other things, that "those old pianos aren't worth nothing." and that "if I wasn't happy with them pushing it down the sidewalk, then why didn't I just get some friends to do it for me." I did get the 15 minute job for half off of $149. But I would of gladly paid full price if the job were done as expected.
