Buying of our current home. Agent Leah Bond did not provide us with a copy of the inspection report on the house we were buying. Agent Leah Bond acted unprofessionally by not speaking to my spouse and speaking ill of him to me. Agent Leah Bond used the term "I'm offended" whenever we told her we were unhappy with her services. Very unprofessional. Selling of our previous home. Agent Leah Bond did not protect our home when prospective buyers were looking at our home. Damage occurred to our home as a result of Agent Leah Bond's lack of respect for our property. In addition, she forced us to pay for the damage. This occurred with some plumbing of a brand new sink we had installed after we moved out of the property. A trap was pulled from the vanity causing a leak. Our plumber looked at it and confirmed that the trap was deliberately pulled. He showed us the fingerprints on the trap of the person pulled it. Agent Leah Bond had secret phone conversations about our property. Example: Once an offer was accepted by an agent in her office named Bina Todi, Agent Leah Bond received a phone call from the buyer (Agent Bina Todi) while we were at the property. Agent Leah Bond walked away from us to have this secret phone conversation about our property. We followed her to hear the conversation. Agent Leah Bond ran into the master bathroom shower of the property to get away from us to have this secret phone conversation. Agent Leah Bond damaged our property two hours before the closing. Screws were removed from the front storm door. I discovered the removal of the screws. She was instructed by my spouse and myself to leave the door alone while I got a screwdriver and some screws to fix the door. She ignored us and continued pulling on the door until it fell off the hinges, onto the concrete porch, and then finally off into the bushes off to the side of the porch. She then told us that WE had to pay another $200 or knock more off the price of the house before the closing or the sale would not be completed. Based on the behavior I have listed, we believe that Agent Leah Bond of Caldwell Banker Heart of America did not act as our representative in the buying and selling process. In our opinion, Agent Leah Bond's behavior was extremely unprofessional and immature. We also believe that Agent Leah Bond acted against the law during the real estate transaction. We will never use Agent Leah Bond or Caldwell Banker Heart of America ever again.
