Hadden Builders Inc

Description of Work: We purchased a new construction home from the builder/Hadden Builders on 11-22-2008. We noticed in December 2008 that all the concrete around the front porch and upper drive way began popping, chipping and a very large crack in the drivway.We reported this right away and was told in the spring of 2009 it would be taken care of. Multiple contacts later and reported to the BBB and Attorney Generals office and still NO response from the builder to replace the concrete. I am now seeing an attorney to file a civil suite against Mr. Hadden who got his money in full but in NO way has honored the home warrenty we were given. Also, we negotiated a fence to be put up in the back yard which was done the week we closed on the house but was put up half hazardly in the dark by using headlights from their vehicles to see. After we moved in and he had his money we noticed that the fence was not put up correct and was bolted to the HOUSE. We had to pay a fence company 1400.00 to re-do the fence correctly. I want to save anyone from this company. They have done nothing but lie to us from day one!
