Description of Work: They came out to clean the carpets, and even got black sharpie stains out of my daughters white carpet, there was not odor left behind, very friendly and professional. One thing that I really liked about them, is the end result, the carpets were not left wet or sticky.

 + -1 moreThey never got back to me. I called them at least 3 times and they never returned my calls. I even left voice messages. Would not recommend.
Description of Work: They came out and gave me an estimate. They told me they would get back to me in about 2 weeks to get the work done.

They gave us an estimate ahead of time and the owner did answer the questions and then he came out the morning of the day of the cleaning and did some pre-treating of some areas, then his cleaners came back in the afternoon and did carper cleaning for most of the house. They did a very good job because we had had a previous carpet cleaner who came about six months or so ago and the earlier cleaners did not get off the spots, but GreenPro people did. They did a very good job. The price was higher than we usually pay but the service was a lot better, so I guess it was worth it. They were right on time.
Description of Work: I used GreenProCleaners for carpet cleaning and tile cleaning of our shower.

 + -1 moreOverall my experience was great. Quality and professionalism were evident. I love it that this is a small locally owned business. Good for my enviroment and the local economy.
Description of Work: I used Green Pro Cleaners because I had a gift certificate, but I'm very glad I have found them. Tim was extremely timely in responding to my request and was very happy to educate me on his process. It was great to not have wet carpets and it was great to not have to run fans and have that wet carpet smell. My serviceman came on time and wore shoe protection. We went over the areas to be cleaned together and he treated each spot I pointed out. I was especially pleased that a couple spots that had been in the carpet since we moved in a year ago came right out. They also moved the furniture. The carpets looked new and rejuvenated. I have kids with auto-immune diseases (MS and Guillian Barre Syndrome) a pet and grandchildren and I feel this is an extremely safe green alternative with fantastic results.

 + -1 moreWe were very pleased with Green Pro Cleaners. They did an excellent job. They are reasonable and do really good work. They move all of the furniture. When they leave your carpet is dry enough to walk on. My overall experience was excellent. They were punctual, responsive, and professional. I would use this company again in the future.
