Description of Work: They never came or made a follow-up return call to provide a cost estimate after calling them. Seems a poor way to do business.

+ -1 moreWe only got 3 of the 4 applications. I assume this was due to the drought and extremely dry conditions. However there was no phone call/letter of explanation nor was there a price break given. given the 3 applications lawn looks ok.
Description of Work: Apply weed and feed 4x in the year.

+ -1 moreThey have just been so great. They always let us know when they are going to be here and when they are spraying. I have pets so that is important. Sometimes they will also take care of my elm tree with injections.
Description of Work: They fertilize, aerate, provide weed control, and provide injections for my elm trees.
