Rich's work is first class. He is very considerate about protecting the lawn when he needs to place the boom truck on the grass next to a tree for trimming.

I am completely satisfied with this service provider. A phone call to this service went to an answering machine. They returned my call within a couple of days. I was given a date/time when they would be out to survey the job and Rich arrived on time to do so. Quite frankly, I was surprised by the estimate (higher than I expected), but based on a neighbor's recommendation and other favorable reviews I'd read, I agreed to it. He said it would probably be a couple of weeks, but he wanted to get the job done before it got really cold. His crew showed up unexpectedly last week. They trimmed the tree to my satisfaction and safely removed both trees. I now understand the price quoted to me. They brought a bucket truck towing a trailer plus another truck towing a chipper. Later in the day another truck arrived with dirt. All the limbs and tree trunks were shredded into the back of one truck and hauled off. In order to get the bucket truck close to the house, they laid down metal plates on the lawn to drive on so as to not damage the lawn. This same approach was used to get the stump grinder to the locations of the two removed trees. Dirt was brought in to fill the holes from where they removed the stumps and grass seed spread over and worked in to the soil. Rich and crew took great care in not damaging the existing lawn. They moved one of my Christmas lawn displays out of the way so they could get their truck in place, then put it back after they were done. They carefully lowered large branches to the ground so they would not gouge the lawn. They worked until past dark to complete the job. They removed all the small branches, wood chips and even some leaves I had raked out to the curb for the city to pick up. I am 100% satisfied with their work. After seeing all the equipment and manpower used, plus the excellent clean-up work, I now understand the cost, but it was well worth it to me. Also, Rich answered many questions we had about replacement trees and future landscaping we'd like to do. Four Seasons will certainly get the job for that as well.

They were pleasant to speak with on the phone. We got an estimate right away but had caught them at a busy time and had to wait a little bit for the service. When the service was done they were very quick and did a good job. They cleaned up after themselves as well. We would call them again!

They did great. I was very pleased with the service and their responsiveness. I called three other places and they called me back first. I explained that they needed to complete the work quickly so I would not be fined by the city. They cleaned up well after themselves and their prices were comparable to everyone elses.

Got done in one day, cleaned up area well.

Great work without damaging our yard. Staked the tree and made a basin to hold water when watering is done. I was told how to water every week for remainder of the year till the ground freezes. Do not over water either was an instruction by Rich the owner.

Came out to give estimate promptly. Very knowledgeable and professional. After we elected to use their bid completed the work in three weeks. Very thorough, great job and did a super cleanup. Highly recommended.

Have used this service before. Left a voice mail on 7/22 that I needed a tree either trimmed or cut down. Got no response whatsoever. If they are that busy, good for them. But they need to show the professional courtesy to at least call back and say they can't get to me. Done with them!

Various landscaping trees and bushes needed end-of-season trimming. Angies List ratings were glowing, and he is apparenty a certified arborist so decided to ask for estimate. Communication was a challenge at first meeting because his manner and tone were a bit and quot;gruffand quot;. However, work was done effecienty and quickly by him and 2 pleasant young men. Price maybe a bit much but job well done.

We called four tree trimming services to get estimates. While Four Seasons was the highest priced of the four, we have used Four Seasons in the past and have confidence in their work. Four Seasons came out and reviewed the work we wanted done. They then sent us the cost of the work. It was several weeks after that they completed the work. The reason for the delay was due to the fact the the Crab Apple trees were still growing and would have required additional trimming later this year.

I called for an estimate and the guy showed up on time on the promised day. He spent time explaining what he would do and answered all my many questions. I asked about his employees and he said he hires college kids in the summer. He also has permanent employees that are with him year round. I hired him on the spot. I had an estimate in my head of what I thought the job should cost and he was right on target. They showed up around two weeks later (agreed upon beforehand). I was working so did not get to see the trees come down. I made a fast trip home at lunch and they were busy. When I got home that night they were gone. I could not tell that anything had even gone on that day except for the trees were not there. Every stick, leaf and even the sawdust was gone. They had filled in the holes with top soil leveled it off and sowed grass seed on top. There were a few small divots made in the lawn and these were filled in with soil and grass seed was sown on these spots also. It was amazing. I will recommend them to everyone and would for sure hire them again. I will probably hire them to plant another tree. It was truly a wonderful experience.

He is pricey, but he is worth it. He is extremely knowledgeable about trees; he is about the smartest tree guy I ever talked to. I would use him again in the future if I needed to.

He is a very kind and knowledgeable man who knows what he's doing. That's important. He is also very competitively priced. He has a degree in tree studies or something. It's a family-owned business. They are a nice family.
