Scott came out for an estimate and was very accomodating. It was a small job, and in my past experience with other companies I wouldn't be considered or gotten back with later, like it wasn't worth their time. I had a rock area fronting my patio that had at one time had wood landscape timbers around it, which had rotted and the rocks were spilling out on the grass. Something I couldn't fix myself, but not a "big job" at all. Scott spent time with me & listened to what I wanted. Promptly sent me a drawing within a few days. It was a one-day job and they were good about getting it fit in between their bigger jobs, no more than a couple weeks after I signed the contract. They contacted me the day before to let me know they were coming out. I was at work, and when I got home, the landscape was done, looked very secure and well built, the plantings in it were nice & full. All the old rotted wood was taken away and the grass & area around it was all cleaned up. They did a great job. I am pleased and would use them again for future jobs.

Thanks to our weather , they worked my job in as best they could . All was completed . I did take a picture of an area where the border had not been finished after sod was layed and sent it in to the office. they came back right away and completed the job . Those areas are pretty and safe now . Since i wasn't home while they were there - communication was not that hard with email. Appreciated their work.

I have had this company do my lawn care - fertilization, re-seeding, aeration, tree trimming - for over 15 years. The price, while still a little expensive, is competitive with others in the area and their exceptional service makes it worthwhile. They are very punctual and communicate very well with what I need to be doing to keep my lawn presentable.

Response to phone contact was later than promised. Visit to assess was day later than promised. Received no notification of this delay. Didn't provide promised estimate; never heard from them again.

I used Them last September. They came when they said they were going to come. They did the job quickly and they cleaned up the mess.

F and W Lawn Care and Landscaping are here anytime I call them. They are always available and friendly. I would continue using them in the future.

I can not rate their work since I never got that far.

They are expensive, but absolutely worth it! They are great!

It was a free service. My experience was very favorable because they did a great job. Unfortunately, whoever marked the cables did a poor job and a cable was cut during the landscaping. That was the only bad part and it wasn’t their fault. The landscaping looks great and they came out for no charge when I had questions. I am very pleased.

I asked for an estimate to trim my bushes and also for help to get rid of bagworms on my trees. they gave an average estimate, did a good job trimming the bushes and came promptly the next spring to spray the trees and get rid of the bag worms as we had agreed the previous year.

I called this company because they've been around a long time and established with a good reputation. I was wanting some light landscaping done in my new yard and wanted very light maintenance upkeep. I am not a gardener nor do I have a green thumb so I was wanting just clean looking landscaping done. I got a really strange guy who came out, we discussed what I was interested in and how I envisioned my landscaping to be. I was real disappointed in his lack of expertise. Every time I was asking this man for some advice to questions I had. He wouldn't give me any he'd just say to me whatever you think! I was having trouble getting through to him I needed his expertise because I wasn't gardener and I didn't want them to put in a bunch of plants and flowers that would take a lot of time and energy to maintain and he wouldn't give me any advice at all. Then after a few weeks later he came back. With a huge design layout with a majority of my yard tore up I knew then he could have cared less about what I wanted at all he just wanted the sale. his estimate cost was through the roof and I was blown away with his lack of integrity. I was so mad when the guy left and so disappointed in the company. I would never ever call them again.
