I used the online website to purchase $500.00 dollars worth of landscaping I was informed by standard email that my order would ship out in 1-2 weeks. Three weeks later, I tried for a whole week to get through to there call center and always got a busy signal no matter the day or time I tried to call. On five differed occasions I emailed using the "contact us" on their website, only one of the times I got a general automated response of please call during normal business hours. On the 4th week when I still had not received my order, I called relentlessly for 24 hours straight, one time I finally got through and was told that my order still had not shipped and they had no expected shipping date for me. I then spoke with a "supervisor" who told me that they could not provide me any information regarding my order until it shipped because they were such a large cooperation and that would be to difficult to do. When I informed this supervisor that I wanted to cancel my order she said I would have to do that by email/letter and that cancellations are NOT processed quickly and I still may be liable for the entire order charge since it had been so long since I ordered and I hadn't previously called them to cancel.
Description of Work: I used the online website to purchase some landscaping, the provider didn't do anything, except take my money and never return my phone calls or emails.

Of all the plants I purchased, less than half have survived. I am really disappointed, especially because the return policy allows me only to receive the same plants again next year to try again rather than to get my money back (a refund would necessitate me digging up all the plants and paying for them to be mailed back to the company). It was a very disappointing experience overall.
Description of Work: I ordered several plants from this company through a mail order catalogue. When I received my order, there were 4 plants missing from a garden kit collection. I was really disappointed to not have received everything I paid for. When I contacted the company, they told me that it would take 4-6 weeks to send out the missing plants, or I could receive a refund for the plants if I sent my original shipping list (which was also my only original receipt that I needed for proof of purchase if any of the other plants died). I was dissatisfied with these options and filed a complaint with the BBB. I am still awaiting resolution.
