Culligan Water Conditioning of Bloomington IL

Even if I don’t leave my bottles out; Eric stills takes care of me. I couldn’t put my bottles out because of my broken wrist. I deal with Sharon all the time. For the last 12 years, we have had Culligan water delivered. They are very wonderful; and they still have that small town type of mentality and I really appreciate their service. I didn’t get my stuff out there in time; but Eric still left water for me. Usually they only replace the big bottles because I have got the water cooler. Usually they only replace what is put out there but since I didn’t have anything; Eric still went ahead knowing that I needed it and he didn’t know what the reason was. I just loved that, and Eric is a free thinker and he looks out for his customers. I can’t praise him enough. I just pay for the bottles and it is usually around $25 a month. I can’t carry the salt for my water softener downstairs yet but my neighbor is going it for me. I am real pleased with their service and they are wonderful people to work with. I love dealing with them and Sharon answers any questions that I might have right away. They are really cool people to deal with because they are a mom and pop company, and I just love that. I am real happy and very pleased with what I pay. I don’t care for professionalism; I want human qualities and I want people that care. Without a doubt, I would use them again in the future.
