Danny and Tammy Carcasson at Crowne Realty are a family-owned franchise located in Bloomington, Illinois. I have bought and sold four homes in the past twenty-five years and Crowne stands out among the realtors we have used. I joined Angie's list because our move is taking us out of state and will not know a soul if we need any type of service. This is my first review. Our house was up for sale for three months and sold at a great price. We had many people comment that ours was the only home they had looked at that wasn't outrageously over-priced. Dan is smart, knows the market and came in and gave us the perfect price point which helped to sell our home and not linger on the market like many of the homes in our area. These homes have sat on the market for six months and longer and are just now coming down in their own prices and will eventually sell for much less than ours sold. The Carcassons are professionals, whose livelihood depend on their expertise and will not give you a fairy tale inflated range of the amount your house should sell just to suck you in as a client. When it comes to negotiating with the other side, you will not be able to find anyone sharper than Carcasson. He is all business and not filled with self-puffery. They are a busy, respected agency and are not the type to hold your hand and bring you flowers... They sell your house. Patty and Bob Cupit.
