I was extremely pleased with their service. The process took a couple of days longer than originally promised, but other than that they were fantastic. When I picked up the computer, I asked for some advice on how to go about re-installing all my programs, etc. In response to my inquiries, one of the guys spent quite a bit of time helping me by recovering all my favorites on my browser from the backup, re-installing iTunes, and re-established all my music within iTunes, re-installing Dropbox, and giving me some other tips relating to software, etc. I felt that the $280 price I paid was quite reasonable considering what I got for my money. I highly recommend Computer Deli. I will be a repeat customer for sure.

Because my computer was not connecting to the Internet, I was told I needed a new card. I called the store, talked to Thad who told me to just come over and they'd install the card while I waited. At the store, Matt helped me. He had the network card installed in minutes. He noticed that my (7-year-old) machine ran very slowly, a problem I've had for a year now. He suggested adding a memory card; I was thrilled to do so if it would improve my performance. He also noticed I had old, clunky software still installed on my machine, and asked if I'd like it removed. Yes I would! Long story short, he and his co-workers were friendly, respectful of me and my lack of computer knowledge, and eager to help. The memory card was on sale, but it was a bit expensive ($50) because my computer's so old. Considering the improvement, I didn't mind. I also bought a network card, so they could not have charged very much for labor, as the total was less than $75. I was very pleased with my experience at Computer Deli, and will use them for anything I need. Matt, Thad and the rest of the guys there were just fantastic. My computer now works better than it has in my memory. Fantastic store, great employees!
