About us

Clearly Windows was founded in 2002 in Bloomington IL as Twin Cities Window Cleaning. We have grown very quickly into the entire Central Illinois area, that being Bloomington, Peoria, Champaign, Springfield and Decatur, or what we like to call the downstate five. As we grew we felt our name should grow with us, so in late 2007 we changed our name to Clearly Windows. Clearly Windows is the only company in Central Illinois to offer Certified Window Cleaning Technicians, and award winning service. We guarantee our service, so if your not happy we will make sure we make it right, at no additional charge.

Horribly irresponsible.. No estimate. No return calls for at least three weeks. What b*******.
Description of Work: I was to be given an estimate. Three weeks later. No estimate. I called today and he said within two hours. Five hours later. No estimate. S*** service.

Description of Work: They cleaned all my windows, inside and out; they washed the exterior of the house, siding only; and power-washed the deck. It was on the cold, windy side that day, but it did not stop them. I was quite impressed. |I would definitely use them again.

First time I used Angie's List and had a VERY disappointing result. Not what I expected in the least after all the advertising you do.
Description of Work: Didn't return a response to my email after I only requests an estimate and gave them 3 dates. I heard nothing from them. Very unprofessional! Date submitted is not correct as they never responded!

They were careful, efficient and good, with VERy grimy windows (look, we forgot to clean 'em for about 10 years, ok? It slipped our minds) that now look crystal clear. Thumbs up.

Josh came at 8 AM as promised, was very professional and friendly....he worked quickly and kept everything clean. It was a cold day, 34 degrees, but that didn't seem to bother him. I would use this company again.
Description of Work: Had all windows on the outside of the house cleaned and seven windows inside the house cleaned. Those seven windows are difficult to do as they are high.

Overall, very well. The windows, screens, etc. look SO MUCH BETTER. Some little things...One guy was letting the water drip onto the windowsill, but put a cloth on the window sill once I mentioned it to him. The outside guy let one of the cords get on some of my flowers, but the flowers were not damaged. There are a few small smudges on the windows that I was able to wipe off, but I am very picky. The guys were very personable and polite.
Description of Work: Became aware of the company through "seize the deal" (like Groupon). Advertised would clean 20 windows for $130.00. Each double-paned window counts as two windows. The "deal" would cover cleaning all of the windows on my lower level. He offered to clean the 17 windows upstairs for another $100.00. :) They use distilled water (no spots). They cleaned the outside of the windows and the boss had his helper repeat the cleaning if it was not clean enough. It wasn't that the outside guy was sloppy, but sometimes he could not see problems like the inside guy could. They wiped out the space between the screen and the actual windows.
