They did an excellent job. I usually do painting myself. However the high ceiling and beams are too much for me. This was worth every penny I spent. They were reasonable in price . Because of the pricing I had them do a bedroom on top of the living room and hallway. Victor (painter) was making sure everything was correct and what I expected. He also patched my walls where necessary. Ruthanne at office was awesome! I probably now will just hire these guys when painting needs to be done in future. They made it easy and affordable.

Excellent! We had the interior and exterior of our home painted by Certa Pro. We are so pleased with the results. Victor and his crew were professional and we are so pleased with the new look of our home!

The person responsible for the pressure wash used equipment that ran constantly without a trigger on the wand. He worked on a weekday and when we arrived home saw that he was hanging the wand on the fence when he needed to move the equipment or step away for any reason. Essentially, each time he needed to take a break our lawn was being pressure washed. We quickly took a cell phone video just in case but were hopeful that this only occurred the one time. Unfortunately a few days later the grass was dead in numerous spots along the fence. We contacted CertaPro, who sent someone to look at the issue. We showed this person the lawn and the video to which they replied “but it’s water, it should be good for the lawn”. In full disclosure, they did offer to throw some seed on our lawn. Anyone who has attempted to overseed a lawn will agree that summer is not an effective time to do this ultimately yielding little results. In the end we completed one project but created another. The fence did come out nicely, which is what we paid for. The lack of accountability, poor customer service and additional lawn care was not included in our quote. I’d recommend saving yourself some frustration and going with another one of the many companies willing to do this work in the Bloomington/Normal area.

The painting and light fixtures were OK but the prep for filling holes and stippling/matching the existing wall texture was terrible. There are raised portions of the wall and some areas are smooth without texture or sand paint to match now. The painters spoke very poor English and just nodded when we requested things to be done. The most aggravating part was when the owner/manager and his assistant, who came out to inspect said, and I quote, "Mr Phipps, we'll make sure everything's right". But once they got the authorization to open up an account with EnerBank so they could get paid, we haven't heard from them since.

They were very prompt and thorough. They did the work on the weekend when we weren?t home so that was really convenient. We really appreciated that.

Project was fine when completed. Contractors that this provider hire for ceiling work were not quality that I expected.. Had to do over much ceiling work and also painting of walls.

Everything went well. However, Mark, the owner, overestimated the amount of paint I would need for the house. So I now have over 2 gallons of expensive paint --cannot return the paint to Sherwin Williams because it was tinted. That does not make me happy. I would rather Mark would have underestimated than overestimated. Now what do I do with that paint?

Very disappointed in services. No steps were taken to prevent splatters on bushes, downspouts, landscaping rocks, windows, light fixtures. All had speckles of paint on them. We did ask that they clean off the light fixtures but still have splatters on windows, rocks, downspouts. I don't feel this was a professional job at all. Professionals would have covered the lights, bushes, downspouts, etc. Also had to call the owner back to look at the job that was done and a second coat was applied in spots after his visit. The contract showed 2 coats but think only one coat was applied in a lot of spaces. Painters did not look very professional.

Owners were great to work with. The quality of work done was exceptional. Workers were clean and respectful of keeping other living spaces free of dust/dirt. Will consider them for future jobs.

CertaPro was very competitive on price and services provided. While painting near the end of the outdoor season, there were several challenges to overcome and they accomplished them well. When there was an issue with the final coat on one section they returned to do a second coat without being asked. The painters were courteous, professional and cleaned up everyday. I plan to get a quote from them for an interior job soon and hope they are competitive again.

They did a great job. They were very professional and if we had an issue or question they responded quickly. They were easy to work with and they always cleaned up after themselves. We have no complaint's with them.

The service went very well. They quality of the work was good. The workers were very easy to work with and they were very accomodating as well.

Crew of three arrived ahead of time. They worked with pause till the job was complete. Cleanup was through. We are happy with the way our house looks refreshed.

We were pleased with our overall experience with this company as well as the work that was completed. Mark called us right away and came out to do a free estimate for us. He took the time to describe exactly what he would be doing and the timeframe it would take to get the job completed. We were initially given a start date but when Mark realized that he could not start our project on the date promised he called us prior to the start date to let us know and then provided us with a new start date. The crew showed up on time and worked on our deck as promised. When we had questions througout the project and called Mark he showed up quickly in order to make sure we were happy with the work. The final product is beautiful and we are considering other projects with Mark and CertaPro. I would highly recommend this company!!!

We recently had Certa Pro Painters come to our home and paint our fence and couldn?t be happier with the results. The owner, Mark, came to our house and did a complete inspection of our fencing and then sat down with us and went over a few options at varying prices. We had started the painting ourselves and he offered to take our leftover paint and make sure the new paint would be an exact match. Prior to painting, the guys from Certa Pro came to our home and power washed all the fencing. The painters arrived when they said they would be there (always appreciated) and completed in a day and a half what would have taken us much longer and with much more frustration. They were very conscientious in taking the extra time to use a roller (as opposed to spraying) as not to bleed over to the neighbor?s stained side. On their way out, they even stopped to paint a small piece of trim on our house with some leftover paint that we could not reach on our own at no cost. Mark went the extra mile and stopped by the house before, during, and after the job to make sure we were 100% satisfied with the results, which we were. Now we can look out our window and see fence that is all one color rather than the multi-shaded view we had before. Thanks Mark and Certa Pro! We will not hesitate to hire Certa Pro for any painting needs in the future.
