Budget Moving Help LLC

I booked this mover on 8/26/16 for help unloading a truck into a storage unit on 9/4/16, and I called again on 8/29/16 to confirm the appointment (as they were the ONLY company I dealt with that didn?t send any type of confirmation. Should have been a warning sign along with the fact that they don?t take credit cards. And the 3 hour minimum - every good moving business that I have dealt with has 2 hour minimums). Everything looked good until the morning of the move when I called to confirm the appointment at 1pm, only to be told that the movers were stuck on another job and wouldn?t be able to make it (why they didn?t call me to let me know, I have no idea). After repeated texts asking for an updated time, I was finally told 6pm. So I went and got access to my storage unit a little early, and then big surprise, these movers never showed up. I called and texted several times for help, as I was trying to unload a 16? truck by myself in the evening when it was too late to find anyone else to help. Imagine my disbelief when they actually kept sending my calls to voicemail on the second, third and fourth rings - who reschedules an appointment, doesn?t show up for the reschedule, and ignores a customers calls? These guys do. I even tried both numbers listed on their site, both of which ring to the owner Dave, and was ignored with both. If you want to take a huge risk that your movers won?t show up and you have to do the unload yourself, use these guys. It is just insane to me that they actually rescheduled me when they had no plans to show up, doing nothing more than wasting my time and setting me up to unload that truck by myself at night in an area that I don?t know - what a shady business. There are many other comparably prices movers in the central Illinois area, and I bet they are all more responsible and considerate of the customers time. The only bright side I can think of to this business is that I didn?t have to pay them. I would encourage anyone considering this awful unprofessional business to stay away - save your time, sanity, and possibly some money by going with a responsible company that is willing to earn their money and not screw you over. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS, UNPROFESSIONAL IRRESPONSIBLE INCONSIDERATE OWNER, DOESN?T SHOW UP AND IGNORES CUSTOMERS CALLS AND TEXTS.
