My furnace quit on a Friday night, the coldest weekend of the year. They called back by 9 AM and had it fixed by 11 AM on Saturday morning. Great service, very nice tech.

Fast response to my phone call. Here right on time, two-man team. Got right to work and had it done within a hour. Will use them again.

I was very impressed. It was towards the end of the heating season but it was still cool enough out, you needed a furnace. They were there within two days, which I thought was pretty good. I told them it was still working, that it wasn't like it was an emergency. I didn't think they would get here that quick.

It went very well. They were able to install everything in just a couple of hours. Two years later everything is still working great. No complaints whatsoever.

I spoke with Kyle. He stated it wouldn't be worth the cost to have them come out so he gave me some things to check myself and explained in great detail what to look for and what I might see / run into. He suggested I get a make / model number and call them back if I needed any parts. He was very helpful and kind. I did as he suggested, it looked just as he had described. I took note of the Make / Model number. When I called in today I spoke with someone else ( I didn't get a name ). I explained my previous conversation with Kyle and provided the information to him and what I would need to purchase. He then advised that they were not able to easily (and cheaply) get parts for my particular make of humidifier. He suggested I go directly to the manufacturer to get the maintenance kit which would include all the parts I need. He also stayed on the phone and answered some other general questions I had about the unit even though he knew he would not be making a sale! He was also very kind and patient.

It went well. I have confidence in their service.

We called in Berry's on a Monday to give us a same day estimate on a cooling system because ours stopped working on the previous Sunday. They showed up on time and took a look at our system. They are a provider of Carrier Air Conditioners which was one of the top three brands we wanted. We had a Janitrol furnace 95 percent efficiency installed in 2003 and Goodman Air installed in 2005. Evidently we were informed by Berry's that they could provide us with a compatible air conditioner and install it into the existing furnace. That way we would get more efficiency and be eligible for all the rebates. After further investigation we found out that is not the case and it was not true. As it turns out we needed a multiple speed fan in the furnace to be able to put the compatible air conditioning unit and our fan was a fixed speed fan. So I gave them a C because they gave me the wrong information and I decided to go with another vendor.

I called and they were able to come out right away. It took them less than 20 minutes to get here. In less than 15 minutes, my air conditioner was fixed and the guy was packed up and out the door. I will definitely use this provider again! Great service and they didn't make me suffer for days without air conditioning.

The central air conditioning unit in my rental property was not activating correctly. Berry and Co. went out and diagnosed the problem. They attempted to solve the problem in the most cost effecitve manner first. That did not solve the problem and they immediately returned and put in the solution that fixed the problem. I was appreciative of the fact that they tried to save me money first.

He came out the next day and gave an estimate, and let us know that he had one job to fionish before he got to us, but at all times keep us informed via phone of the work date. He showed up with 2 other men and got to work and finished within 3-4 hours. They cleaned up the area that they were in and we were very happy with the outcome.

Turn around time was fantastic. So polite and straight forward. Didn't try to jerk me around or anything. I called at 6:30am and left a message. He returned my call at 7:30am and was here in less than an hour for the free estimate. Told me what needed to be done and came back in a few hours (I had an errand and the a/c needed to defrost since it'd frozen over.) Said he's be back at 12:30pm but was actually here waiting at 11:45am!! Got the new part and installed it right away. Took only an hour for that part. Really flexible with payment too. Took half cash and half check.

Their price was the lowest of the bids that I got. We would most definitely consider using them again in the future.

They seem to be more straightforward and honest. They didn't try to throw the greatest and top of the line service and showed us just what we needed. There is a possibility that we may look at this company for the work we need completed.

Very fast service. I called and the service team reported to my house the next day. It took about 30 minutes to check the condenser and add whatever to it to make it cool properly. The AC has never worked better. Just in time for summer.

I got home from a trip and found our furnace was not blowing hot air. Being a little handy, I check it over and found the thermocouple, burner, and circuit board seemed to be fine, but the blower was not actuating. So I called around. My old HVAC guy wanted $450 to $550 to replace the blower motor. (I don't have that kind of money so I started shopping). Another guy offered to do it for $350 to $400. I started to be frustrated. In the morning I joined and checked Angie's List and I discovered Berry and Co. I called them because of the great rating. They came out at the time they said they would, and the found my suspicion was right on. They took a motor from their van and put it in for me in about 30 minutes. That meant my only labor charge was the diagnostic fee ($78) plus the $100 motor. So that was a savings of at least $200!! I'm greatly relieved and I feel that I found a contractor I can trust and use in the future. Thank you Angie's List!!

Berry and Company Heating and Cooling saved us a lot of money, and they really did an excellent job. I liked that they were able to fit the new unit directly in where the old air conditioning unit used to be.
