 + -1 moreMJ and company were able to restore all of my pictures, music and other files from a crashed hard drive while installing a new hard drive on my desktop. They also added some maintenance and protection tools to help keep my PC in top shape. They were friendly, fast and reasonably priced. Highly recommended! Would definitely do business with Bamjac again.

 + -1 moreMJ made an appointment with me the day prior to our first meeting. I work out of town and have only evenings or weekends available for in home service. I appreciate his flexibility and promptness. MJ is very professional and I will use him again.
Description of Work: MJ arrived as promised and cleaned up several laptop computers along with my desktop. He cleared all virus infections and installed a different antivirus software, which is actually free. Less expensive and more available than the Best Buy children that come out and make you feel like an idiot for not knowing what they know, MJ is excellent! I highly recommend MJ for your computer needs.

 + -1 moreAll I can say is, I am very pleased with Bamjac's work. He comes when he says he will. He can easily be reached through the store or his cell phone. I am pleased with his work and will continue to use him when necessary. He is also very pleasant.
Description of Work: Michael Adelman has kept my computers in good shape for several years. The latest has been to check out an old desktop(12 years or so) that finally gave up the ghost. He helped fix another laptop so it would connect with a knitting machine and enable the two to work interactively.. The laptop had to be made compliant with with the older machine. He has also rigged up my wireless, created a neighborhood, and in general kept my computers in working order. I am a senior citizen who grew up without computers and whose knowledgeable children and grandchildren are not around.

 + -1 moreWe set an appointment time of 3:30PM. At 3:35 PM MJ called to say he would be about 15 minutes late. Fifteen minutes later the door bell rang and MJ was there as promised. MJ set up my new router along with my new signal enhancer and enabled my Wi-Fi account for the house. He charged me less than the quote from Best Buy and was highly knowledgeable and competent. I highly recommend this small business for your home computer needs.

Description of Work: M.J., the owner, came when he said he would. It was right when I said I would be available. He fixed the wireless on my computers which had gone crazy and stopped working, adjusted them all, and fixed the network. This is my desktop and several laptops. I have used him several times and always found him to be careful and knowledgeable. He also answers questions for me over the phone. He is someone I like to deal with.
