Description of Work: Bought a spa and two bar stools. Purchases made at separate times and both experiences were top notch. Spa installed when they said it would be. Had a slight problem three days later and called. They were out there the same day and it turned out to be our "operator" error. They explained how to remesy and were very nice. Friendly, fair and great customer service.

+ -1 moreI was so pleased with how they handled the entire process from start to finish. A place that sells barstools wasn't the first place I expected to find high quality furniture at a reasonable price, but they were rated well online, so I gave it a shot shopping there. I took my time shopping around at nearly every place in town, but in the end I came back to Altman's. My saleswoman, Leigh, is the BEST! They gave the best sales care, worked with me on the price, showed me samples of what I was getting, had me meet the owners who are also fantastic people, gave me an accurate estimate of when the furniture would ship to their store, and showed up for delivery exactly when they said they would. They even called 15 minutes ahead of time so I didn't have to wait around two to four hours like every other place makes you do. I wish more stores valued my business the way these folks do.
Description of Work: I needed to furnish my new apartment nearly from scratch. Leigh was amazingly helpful. She was patient with me, willing to help me even though I came in close to closing, showed me samples of everything that I was going to buy, gave me some fantastic suggestions (ask about Michael Amini Jane Seymour collection), and followed through to make sure everything was sturdy enough to suit my needs. They took the time up front to make sure it was what I liked, saving me time and money down the road with furniture that won't fall apart on me and that I love. In the end I purchased a bed, nightstand, sofa, two bar stools, and I went back later for a bookshelf. The delivery guys made sure everything was set up right and was exactly where I wanted it, without damaging anything in the process, even though the furniture was pretty heavy.
