They recommended I caulk around the skylights and chimney until We're ready to replace the roof in 5 years. They gave me two free tubes of caulk!! Obviously great service. They even told me they don't have the equipment to handle my roof because of location and recommended other contractors. They were very helpful.

Action Roofing explained issue with plastic vents (cracking & allowing rain to roof, under shingles & stain my ceilings) showed up as scheduled and completed work. No new leaks!

They came out and gave us an estimate quickly which included honestly telling us we didn't need a new roof but that asked if we knew there were holes from tree branches that had fallen during a storm. They were responsive and easy to work with.

Called, they came out next day to check and gave estimate 2 days later started repair. Finished next day.

This was a rental property and the installer, Jeremy, arrived around 8 am on Saturday morning. Because I live about an hour and a half away, he called me when he was about half done with it. When I got there he showed me what he had done, the sealer he used, (a better grade) and the method of accessing the roof. The roof looked so much better than before and hopefully I can get a reduction on my insurance cost due to the repairs. Jeremy was polite and informative and I would certainly do business with this company again. I, also, asked Jeremy to give me an estimate to replace the roof in a couple years, so he took measurements and today, 2 days after the Saturday job, the business owner, Curtis, called me with an estimate. It was such a relief to find a company that returns calls promptly, has a knowledgeable installer and are very professional when dealing with a client.

Went very very well. They were there on time. Did an excellent job and cleaned up after the job. Took a morning to do and when done you wouldn't know anything was done except there was a new roof up there. They were a excellent to work with. Cost came in as quoted.

Curt responded promptly to my call. Finished work the same way. This was the second time I've used Action Roofing. They do excellent work for a fair price.

Working with Action Roofing was an excellent experience. The house lost some fascia, siding and shingles in the severe storm system that rolled through Central Illinois on November 17, 2013. I contacted several roofing companies for estimates and Action Roofing was the only one who returned my call. It was a small job but they came out promptly to assess the damage and provide a free estimate. The actual repairs were not done until late December or early January, but to be fair, I delayed in getting back to them due to something else that needed priority attention, and this was a brutal, cold, snowy winter right from the start. The repairs needed were minor and I was not concerned about waiting a while to get them done, and figured it would be spring before they could be at the house. However, as soon as there was a break in the severe cold and snow, Rodney called and said they could be at the house doing the repairs that same afternoon if I wanted. Rodney and another gentleman met me at the house briefly and they even took an old, twisted piece of fascia that had landed in my yard from an unknown location, so I would not have to worry about how to dispose of it myself. They were very professional, prompt, and friendly, and the repairs were done quickly and satisfactorily. The cost seemed reasonable to me. I do not recall the exact date the repairs were done (I'm going by the date the check was written) but realized I had not left a review and wanted to fix that. I'd definitely recommend this company, and would not hesitate to call them again for future roof repairs.

Absolutely the best service from a provider in years. Was concerned about both weight of snow on roof and potential problem with ice dams in gutters pushing melting snow back under shingles. Rod analyzed the problem, took up to 12 inches of snow off roof, made sure all roof venting, etc. was cleared of snow and then shoveled the piles of snow from the roof out of drive, walks and landscaping. This is clearly my roofing co. from now on.

They came on time and finished the job quickly. With the bad weather this weekend I expected delays but they followed through with the job. These are the people to go with if you need repairs.

Everything went well. Believe or not, the entire job from beginning to end was approx 4hr 30 minutes. Started early and done by Noon of the same day! Approx 7 to 8 workers, working as a team, and working hard. In addition, at the end of the roof install, the crew cleaned up, picked up stray nails, etc...

I would never use these guys again. I had used them in the past but this last time I called I got the response, "I'm too busy to come give an estimate if it's just to sell the house." Seems to me that they would be happy to do the work regardless of how busy they are since I told them there was no rush. I spoke to the guy who claims to be the owner, Rod. Not sure how he stays in busy with an attitude like that. I have several properties in the Bloomington area and have dealt with contractors before and have never felt more unappreciated!

I noticed that my roof was missing shingles late on a Friday afternoon. I called Action and left a message,Rod called me back this next morning & send a crew out a little while later. They were able to fix my roof right on the spot. This is the 2nd time. I have used them. Great service. Great job. I highly recommend them.

They were prompt to come and look at the job on site 1 hour after I called. They gave a reasonable estimate. Minimized further damage and returned by 8 AM the next morning with replacement piece. It was done in 20 minutes. The only reason they didn't return the same day was due to stormy weather.

They were excellent. They are very curteous and always checked up on the work afterwards. I would highly recommend them. We have nothing but good things to say about them.
