Rooterman(Fadi) replaced my water heater.with one that is substantially taller. Another contractor who came to put in a sump pump informed me that it was an unsafe installation. Flexible connector is not straight and it is way too close to the ceiling. (my basement ceiling is low) It also looks like he used the old flexible connector because there is a small hole in it. The new contractor explained that if I had a problem with my gas and it had to be turned off that the gas co. would not turn it back on til the issue was resolved plus I could have a carbon monoxide leak with the placement of the flex hose. I had asked Fadi about that and he said "no it's fine". I was also promised that the old water heater would be removed. 2 months later it's still here (after multiple calls.) Now he's ghosting me. BTW He also begged me for a loan several times for $3200.00. Said he's being sued by the currency exchange and wanted cash for the job. Never got a contract either after being told it was in my email. Ghosted me on that too. If I could give 0 stars I would!!!!

Excellent. The team showed me the problem and explained that the existing piping was inadequate given the distance to drain. They replaced the pipes which should eliminate the problem instead of just snaking the pipes to provide a temporary fix. I did speak to other professionals that confirmed that these guys did the right thing. They were fast, professional and clean. Would definitely use them again.

They were very professional and courteous. Communicated well. The Plumber seems very knowledgeable and I will use them again in the future.

Quick informative and reliable. I needed a new water heater and my drains were backing up! After calling, they rodded the drain all the way out to the street and then put a sewer camera in to inspect the pipes!… Definitely able to take care of business in no time. Very happy they were in and out. Any future issue I or any of my friends and family may have, i would definitely be referring them.

Had a really awful pipe burst in my restaurant. I was referred by a friend and I couldn’t of been happier. I paid at least $500 less and Fadi identified a critical error the last crew made. Very happy and appreciative of the timely work.

Talk about fast service! We desperately needed help with our bathroom plumbing. I called a bunch of places, but they responded the quickest and they were able to come out fast. Super professional and clean. Highly recommend!
