We were looking for a realtor who would give us personal attention and approach the home buying process with honesty, warmth and kindness. This is what we were looking for and found this with Rosa. Her "Can-Do" philosophy made us feel as if we were always first on her daily agenda. She exhibited great communication skills and educated us on what to look for in a home after carefully listening to our personal needs. She truly is a great listener. Rosa, was patient with us at all points of the process. There was never a feeling of being rushed to make a decision prematurely. For example, Rosa showed us many houses in the middle of one of the Chicago areas worst winters of 2014. She drove many miles to meet us at the houses and would climb through snow drifts and endure temperatures below zero and always met us with a smile and a positive interaction. Rosa's office is located in Bloomingdale, but she showed us homes in Barrington, East Dundee, West Dundee, Algonquin, Cary, Fox River Grove, Palatine, Hoffman Estates, Elgin and St Charles. She was very supportive showing us houses in any areas of interest. Our approaching closing process went smoothly as we felt greatly supported by Rosa. While in closing and while submitting our offer, she was professional, knowledgeable and supportive. Our closing went seamlessly. Now, we own that beautiful house on the hill and owe so much of that to the hard work of Rosa Wayda.
