+ -1 morethey did clean up after remodeling had been done but we thought they could have done a more thorough job.
Description of Work: we were not present and the home was empty since we did not move in yet. we thought they could have done a better job of cleaning even though they had to clean up after remodeling had been done.

+ -1 moreWe have used European Cleaning Service every other week for nearly 25 years. We have been very pleased with the thoroughness with which they clean. The cleaner vacuums all floors, washes 3 bathrooms (showers, toilets, sinks, mirrors). We have extensive wood flooring on the main floor of the house which they vacuum and wash. The kitchen counters, island and table are washed as well as any appliances on the counter. We have had only 3-4 different cleaners over the 25 year period of time so they get to know our cleaning preferences. We prefer to select and supply our own cleaning solvents and vacuum cleaner. We have not had any safety or security issues with any of the individuals cleaning our home. They have unlimited access to our home in the event we are not home at the time of cleaning.
Description of Work: Biweekly cleaning of our 5 bedroom 3 full bath home.
