+ -1 moreThey did a fine job, but they changed owners and the billing got a bit confusing and behind. They'll make a large bill for a bunch of services at the end of the year that some of which we had paid for, and some of which we weren't sure if we paid for. The billing was so out of control. It was so inconsistent that we preferred to transfer our business to someone else. I'm not really even sure when the ownership changed, no one even told us.
Description of Work: We used to use Erik's Lawn & Yard Services, Inc. to cut our front lawn.

Description of Work: Erik's Lawn & Yard Services, Inc. (Erik's) performs my weekly lawn maintenance. I contacted Erik's earlier in the spring of 2010 and was provided with a written proposal for all the services I requested. The price was great for weekly mowing which also includes trimming grass around my fence, edging, and blowing any cut grass from the sidewalk and driveway. The guys who come out do a great job and are very nice. When I needed a few additional services completed for just one week, I contacted Erik's by phone and arranged for the services. The additional services were completed without problem! Update 08/22/2011: Erik's continues to perform my weekly lawn maintenance. The price did not increase from last year and still includes weekly mowing, trimming around the fence and edging and blowing cut grass from the sidewalk and driveway. They show up and are finished with my lawn within 10 minutes. Again this year I requested additional services by telephone and had it completed the next time Erik's was at my house. I am billed monthly and have not seen any errors on my statements. I will continue to use Erik's!

+ -1 moreHe was always very prompt, professional and courteous. I know that I was paying less than many of my neighbors will similar lawn service. We only stopped using Erik because my husband truly missed mowing the lawn himself.
Description of Work: We used Erik's Lawn & Yard Service for over 5 years for weekly lawn mowing and occasionally for spring cleanup. He trimmed around all the trees, fence and flower beds. Grass was blown off the sidewalk and driveway to complete the job each week. He has one or two helpers each time so the service is completed in 30 min or less.
