Description of Work: Bath tub liner replaced

Description of Work: Bathtub was in bad shape. Marcin redid the plumbing for the tub and installed a beautiful liner over the existing tub.

Description of Work: Replaced a tub and shower to a walk in shower with handicap accessibility and additional grab bars for a large man.

Description of Work: 2 tubs and surrounds and 3 floors- (2 bath and a laundry room. ) started off great but them there were several days of no show or very late. And the end several major delays with final glass door installation. Ended up being 2 months longer than expected.

Description of Work: I got a quote from this company. I decided to go another direction with my project, but this company was very professional and enjoyable to work with.

Description of Work: Installed an acrylic tub and shower cover over the existing tub and shower. Their work is very neat; they are very professional and they clean up after their work is completed.

Description of Work: Water under the bathtub liner was drained and the liner was re-caulked. Water has not appeared under the liner as of three weeks later.

Description of Work: Covered three walls of a small bathtub, and the frame of one window. Replaced sink and counter top in bathroom. Done in one day, happy with quick follow-through, workmanship and cleanliness. Really improved the look of my old bathroom.

Description of Work: First I will say that they are very nice people. Great salesmen. Talked his way to doing our bathtub and shower with no problems. Our bathtub tiles were falling in on itself and the original tub (from 1948), had definitely seen better days. It was time. Unfortunately, their work was sub par. The subcontractors left plaster dust all over the place, and left dry wall dust, and clay on our lighting fixtures. There are still large gouges out on the wall that they were supposed to fix, but didn't, and paint was dripped and let to dry on out toilet. I realize that my house is older and my fixtures aren't fantastic, but it is my home, and no respect was given to the items there. The grout was smeared as well in several places. The items he did install were not what we had verbally talked about. I will take that as my fault as to not get absolutely everything in writing. Some of what was in writing, was the opposite of what was discussed. When I informed Marson of the sloppy job that his workers did, and showed him the places that were a mess, he said nothing, and would not fix it. i would not use this company again, and may have to hire another company to come in to fix what mess he left me with. We went with him because of Angie's list, Marson agreeing that his prices are high but worth it - I wonder now, how many people wrotwe him reviews that were employed there because what he left me with was worth less than half of what we paid for it.

Description of Work: Installed a new shower surround. He did not have the correct plumbing parts required for the job. Sent me out to buy more then was needed for the job. Needed two trips to get everything correct. Did not reimburse me for the parts he used. Had to go back to the stores to return parts not needed. Three trips and not even a thank you. |On the plus side the quality of work done was excellent.

Description of Work: Marcin, the owner, came and installed an arcrylic shower base with new drain. This required a lot of prep work as this went over the existing 50 year old cement slab. He also installed a glass shower door.
