James did an amazing job on what turned out to be more challenging than anticipated. Our Bose system had to be made compatible with our TV and new DVD player. We could NEVER have done it ourselves. Against all odds, he made it all work! He?s great! I would highly recommend him to anyone!

We hired James to move our router and modem as part of a project to remodel our basement. He evaluated what we needed and recommended equipment. He set up the network to support the gaming and working from home. Overall he was flexible to with our timeframe and knowledgeable.

Very diligent, made sure the job was done right. Cleaned the equipment and the area and made sure things were cleaned up when he left. I had a small issue (not his fault) and I gave him a call. He responded promptly and walked me through how to fix it. He did not charge for the phone time, he just wanted to be sure I was happy with his work. I could not ask for more!

I wanted faster Internet in my house. I needed help getting wired Internet for my home PC and home office, as well as faster Wi-Fi throughout my house. James came by and took his time to assess my current setup. He identified some existing Ethernet we could use and ran new Ethernet for my office set up. I now get the full bandwidth I?m paying for from my ISP at the home PC and office set up and at or near full speed for Wi-Fi too! I can tell James really wanted to help using the best solution available while keeping costs in line too. I would absolutely use him again for any home networking or AV help in the future!

James is very knowledgeable when it comes to computer networks and home theater systems. He provided affordable options to get my home network up and running after my renovation project. James also worked efficiently and diligently to setup a home theater system for my family room. He is certainly worked on larger and more technical projects but regardless of the project size he worked to provide the best system possible to fit with in my budget. Project: Updated WAPs, replaced mechanical drives in with SSD drives in desktop and two laptops. James was very easy to work with.
